2. Service Description

We specialise in the retail of lighting fixtures, home furnishings, and smart home products. Our services include showroom sales, product consultations, and Worldwide delivery. All product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication.

3. Booking and Payment

Consultations are offered free of charge. For product purchases, full payment is required at the point of order. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes where relevant. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly stated before checkout.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge provided at least 24 hours notice is given. For product orders, please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Orders for custom or made-to-order items may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.

5. Product Scope and Limitations

We make every effort to ensure product images accurately represent colours and finishes. However, variations may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes. Product dimensions and weights are approximate. Smart lighting products require a compatible home network and devices; installation support is advisory only.

6. Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance for our business operations. Our liability for any claim arising from the supply of products or services is limited to the purchase price of the items in question. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Electrical installation of lighting products should be carried out by a qualified professional.

7. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing at our registered address or by email. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a full response within ten business days. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
