2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Product Orders: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided the item has not yet been dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Consultations: Consultations are offered free of charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
3. Free Rescheduling

4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
